All such content remains the intellectual property of TMDb or its respective licensors and is used with appropriate attribution. CineTrail Ltd does not claim ownership over TMDb content.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. CineTrail Ltd reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms, is inappropriate, or breaches applicable laws.

You acknowledge that by submitting content, it may be publicly viewable and associated with your profile.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

If you choose to subscribe to CineTrail Premium, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CineTrail Ltd provides the Service “as is.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that all information (e.g. filming locations, maps, ratings) is up to date or error-free.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or damages due to the use of the Service

• User actions or content shared on the platform

All reports of violations are reviewed and investigated within 24 hours, and appropriate action will be taken as warranted.

CineTrail may request access to your photo library. This access is used solely to allow users to upload images when submitting new filming locations, creating posts related to trails, or uploading a profile picture.

Continued use of CineTrail constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
